| Phil graduated from the Australian National University in
1978 and commenced employment in Pathology in 1979. He has
extensive experience in a number of areas of pathology, in
both public and private laboratories. Phil joined Capital
Pathology in 1987, and has been Operations Manager since 1995. Phil
is responsible for the day to day running of the laboratory, and
leads the senior management team. |

Lindsey joined Capital Pathology in May 2012 after working for a
number of years in both hospital and community medical laboratories
in New Zealand. He has extensive managerial experience across many
areas of the laboratory and has a particular interest in project
management. Lindsey is responsible for the pre analytical services
at Capital Pathology and is a member of the senior management
team.

David is a member of the National Institute of Accountants
and holds a Diploma in Accounting Procedures. David commenced with
Capital Pathology in 1996 and prior to this had 11 years experience
as a financial accountant for a company within the retail sector.
David is a member of the senior management team.

Chris joined Capital Pathology in
2014, having worked within the Sonic Healthcare group for 14 years,
starting off in the Results Department at Douglass Hanly Moir in
Sydney. He spent 7 years in Brisbane with Sullivan Nicolaides
Pathology as a Medical Liaison Manager in the Marketing Department,
before moving to Canberra to be our Client Services Manager.
He has a keen interest in technological innovation and its role in
delivering high quality service levels to the healthcare sector,
and has been heavily involved in several significant innovations,
especially within the area of e-health.

Mark completed his degree in 1987 and immediately
commenced employment as a Scientist with Dr John Docker, a private
pathology practice in Goulburn. Mark rose through the ranks from
scientist to Senior Scientist/ Laboratory Manager. When the
practise was acquired by Capital Pathology in November 2006 Mark
became the Regional Manager. His special interests are in
Microbiology and Haematology.

Jo-Anne graduated
with a BSc from the University of Sydney in 1981 with majors
in Biochemistry and Histology. Working briefly in Sydney she then
moved to Wollongong where she worked in the Histology
department at the then Dr Steve Anderson (now SIML) practice.
Jo-Anne moved to Canberra and joined the Barratt and Smith
(now Capital Pathology) practice in Queanbeyan in
1990. She became Histology Manager in 2001 and now also
manages the Cytology department.

Yvette joined Capital Pathology in November 2012. She is a
qualified librarian and information management professional with
extensive experience in the management of Information Technology
(IT) and library business systems. She brings her strong background
in supporting business processes by successfully implementing and
integrating relevant technologies with administration and service
delivery functions to the role. Yvette has an inherent commitment
to quality and the continuous improvement of the business processes
underlying excellent client services. She has a special interest in
personalised service delivery.

| After working in medical research for 2 years, Stacey
joined Capital Pathology in 1994. Working in
the biochemistry department, she developed a passion for
workflow improvements and the provision of
a customised high quality service. Stacey was promoted to
the Quality Improvement Manager in 2001 and uses her extensive
laboratory experience to ensure our quality of service
continues to grow. Stacey also oversees our ongoing accreditation
with NATA. |

Sandra
commenced with Capital Pathology in 2000 after working in a variety
of laboratories across Melbourne. She worked as a
microbiologist, before expanding her knowledge in other
areas inlcuding biochemistry and haematology/blood bank
serology. She has since completed her MBA and has developed a
keen interest in HR Management, particularly
organisational development and leadership. Sandra is a member of
ASM and the Australian Inst. of Management.

| Steve joined Capital Pathology in October 2006 as the
Corporate Coordinator, and was promoted to Collection Manager in
May 2008. Steve gained a wealth of medical experience
whilst serving as a Medic in the Australian Defence Force from 1994
until 2002. He also spent time with the National Blood Service in
the United Kingdom before his return to Australia in
2006. |
